Nicoise Sandwich

 

Ingredients:

  • Long bread

  • 2 tbsp Mayo

  • 1 garlic clove, grated

  • Tsp smoked paprika

  • Good quality oil packed tuna

  • Egg cooked for 8 minutes

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Sherry vinegar

  • Shallots soaked in lemon juice, salt and sugar

Method:

  1. Combine the mayo, paprika, garlic, vinegar and salt for the sauce

  2. Toast the bread

  3. Spread the sauce on both sides of the bread

  4. Add the tuna, egg, shallots and dill

  5. Cover the sandwich, enjoy
